 Deliberate damage of someone else's P&J should be punishable by death. As should driving off after a parking ding without leaving details...

A couple of months ago, had what should have been "abortions " go through our street at 2.45 in the morning and smashed and ripped of the wing mirrors of 17 cars. Called police, and at that time of the morning, said " We will send an officer down straight away " Stayed up till 7.00 no police, went to bed. Neighbour called later to find out where they were, they apologised and said they will give a crime number. My neighbour said they will have to give 17 crime numbers, copper replied, somebody will be with you within an hour. 3hrs later a WPC turned up took details and stated it was unlikely we'll catch them. Neighbour said to her, next time we'll sort it out ourselves. You can't do that, you'll be arrested she replied.
That night within a few minutes, there was a couple of grands worth of damage done. So what do we do?. Keep paying our council taxes for the police to protect us and uphold the law. I say birch the scum and to hell with their human rights.

Should not take the law into our own hands (Listen to me, fine one to talk) but they have no human rights when they mess with my family, me, or my property.

Its a shame that LEXAN stuff (polycarbonate plastic) isn't scratch resistant. I had a front door window broken, and replaced it with that stuff. Expensive yes, but it doesn't break. If you hit it with a hammer it just bounces off.

Interestingly enough, when the window was broken, the council contacted me. Helpful ?. No, they were worried in case one of the little sh1ts cut himself reaching thro the wndow trying to break in.

Anyone see the tonight programme earlier? it seems a sad sign of the times regarding police response time to calls. I think the the police do the best they can and seem stretched to the limit. someone I know had his car door kicked and dented by one little scrote, he called the police about it and it was three hours before they showed. the same thing happened a couple of days later, he again phoned the police and told them that he had a machetti and intended to go outside and slice the little f*ckwits hands off as you can imagine the police response time to the incident was much improved.

It's not right, but the only solution is more police, and less paperwork for them...

Waaaaaaay to stereotypical, I must disagree.

I had no father, from the age of about 9 months. I've never intentionally "broken" anything for fun, or stolen, and such, including in my early and late teens.

Anyone who knows me will agree that I've not turned out too bad as a result. Your statement is too generic, it doesn't apply to everyone.
