AR35 Gearbox
« on: 25 March 2009, 17:19:19 »

Got my new gearbox. Thanks Loo-Knee and Marks DTM  :y

Can anyone (sassanach  ;)) tell me the part number for the sonnax thrust washer? Will be replacing this before fitting box.

When I tip the box forward, I get an amount of oil leaking from around the shaft inside the bell housing. Is this normal or does it need a new centre oil seal?

I can get a seal if i need onewhen I order the thrust washer  :y

This is the sonnax washer:

http://www.sonnax.com/instructions/54701-03K-IN.pdf

Part number 54701-03K

You also want a couple of seals.....which Sassanack might be able to advise on better than me!
