« on: 18 November 2007, 13:31:01 »

one of my best mates, ian, who's got vauxhall running through his viens, main dealer trained and all round top guy! he's bought a omega 2.5 v6 cdx a couple of years ago with a blown up engine, he got a 2.5 bottom end and fitted 3 litre heads, and then leant me the car for a week or so while he was doing a weld-a-thon on one of my jags! thats what made me like omeags so much i think, it was just awesome so fast yet really smooth with it it. he's since fitted a full elite grey leather interior and elite alloy. its the mini-facelift on a s-reg, in the same colour as mine, he now works for grs recovery where the rest of em all drive omega's as work cars, they're all battenburged with light bars and recovery gear, jason, who's dad ownes the company has a p-reg 3.0 elite which he's de-catted, and the main incident car is a omega estate, not sure which engine! with full recovery equiptment and a telescopic roof lighting rig, ian's gone for the flouresent blue and yellow cubes and he's just fitted sony component speakers in all the doors and a top of the range sony head unit,  i'll upload a few pics of the grs omegas along with the pics of mine, as well as the omega, ian has a very low black calibra red top, a candy-flip paint calibra which we bought a cavalier 4x4 turbo for an engine transplant and a frontera and jason also has a new subaru impretza turbo sti!
