Hello All,
I was just wondering if their was anyone who was local to oxford who has a trade club card? I need to get an exhaust for my 2002 Omega, and want genuine OEM parts so was wondering if anyone could help me out by using their trade card? I'm more than happy to compensate for their time etc and travel costs. Need the exhaust for the 14th of this month. I'm located in kidlington 4 miles from oxford city centre and have a vauxhall dealership 1 mile from where I live.

based on recent experience by others I wouldn't bother with the GM units - they are not the same as the original equipment.

Look at the likes of eternal, or if you prefer and can afford it, stainless.

And for trade card, you know you can join ABS and get trade card benefits?

I had a local exhaust & tyre garage fit me one on the 2litre last year its been very good nice & quiet & price was good too

I have a TC card, but I seem to remember there is a problem using it at Kidlington. If you can make it to Banubury....

However, people are saying that the 'new' genuine items are not of particularly good quality, and long life stainless works out not much more...

I've just sent of this morning the application to join ABS so will hopefully have my own trade card. Need the parts for the 14th. Anyone know how quick ABS are in sending out your card?

I sent forms to ABS on wednesday and card arrived this morning, Saturday.

not all vx dealers take them so will pay to check your local one before using it.

If they participate in the Trade Club, there's no reason why they shouldn't take the ABS card ..... take it further!
