hi can anyone tell me if a 3.0 auto omega engine will fit in my 2.6 sri manual vectra :P

Correct me if im wronge but your vectra is front wheel drive?

the omega is rear wheel drive!

if you give this some thought your gear box is on the right hand side of
your engine, the omega gear box is on the back of the engine! :-/

i guess you could convert your vectra to rear wheel drive ;)

people have done a 2.6 veccy v6 conversion to Omega so its just the reverse.

Fair bit of work and replacement parts needed.

Of course you could buy a 3.0 and keep the Omega attached, whats the point in putting it in a smaller, fwd car!?
