Preformance Chips

Hello All
Has anyone fitted one of these after market preformance chips that are available?
If so are they any good? and and where is the Circuit Board at?

Is that a preformance chip as opposed to a postformance chip?

Yep its a 2000 2.5v6. My older 2.5 seemed to have a lot more grunt
