well ive finally got the time to fit the Meegas silencers ive noticed however that vauxhall in there excellent wisdom have threaded the Cats!

so the centre section flange bolts onto the threaded cat side very bad design  

anyone know a good way to get them off i know these bolts are gonna be a rite PITA

i dont have a Gas torch so gas isnt an option

WD40s similar? ive got loads of that ill spray the bolts up in abit! so they will actually come off then?

I sheared a couple of mine & had to re-drill & tap them. Perhaps you could try a local tyre bay when they're quiet and ask them to use a bit of oxycetlene!  :-/

No it isn't! WD40 is shite water displacer, PlusGas is proper penetration fluid. 2 or 3 shots a day for a couple of days will see you right
