whats the wheel ofset for a 99 2.0l 16 saloon on a 'v' plate (99) and whats the best tyre size for a 17" wheel???

Tyre size for 17" wheels is 235/45/ZR17

pcd is 110, i think offset is et37, but hopefully someone can confirm, as I may be talking rubbish!
