Trade club prices
« on: 30 May 2009, 15:30:47 »

Who else has to check up on their local dealer re Trade Club prices? I ordered front discs & pads for my car last week, but only managed to collect them today. When I went in I remembered about the wear sensors, needless to say they didn't have any in stock  :-? so he said he'd order them for me. I paid for them as I paid for the discs .... £107 it was a little more than I thought, but I didn't say anything cos I wasn't 100% sure how much the discs were.
Just checked on TC site, I've been charged full reatil price of £9.85.... again .... instead of TC price of £7.44

he'll be getting a phone call Monday morning  ::) ........ I know it's not HIS fault though  ;)  ;)  ;)

It's not actualy the fault of the lad in parts. It's supposed to work such that when the parts dept enters the name &  address ie Autobahnstormers ****** Essex, it should automatically show TC prices like it did for my discs, but as is usual with computer systems, if you put wotsit in .... then you'll get wotsit out - and someone within Perry's have put loads of wotsit in the system!  ;) ;) ;) :y

Only just gone up then, those prices are from an invoice dated 1st May. Mind you, with Vx looking a bit dodgy right now maybe they are trying to make a bit extra while they still can ;)
