Side lights / rotary dip switch problem?
« on: 16 June 2009, 16:04:08 »

Hi All, I'm new and own a 1995 Omega 16v 2 litre, 77, 000 mls FSH, lovely condition. I love these cars as you get so much for little outlay. Just failed MOT, due to when side lights / dip switch is turned on, the RH indicator arrow, dip icon and main beam icons light on the dash. The latter 2 change to either or when dip or m 8-) :-*ain is selected on the indicator stalk.  All the exterior lights work properly, as does the RH indicator when activated. Its not a problem in driving the car as all lights work fine. Is this problem the rotary switch, right of dash or a problem behind the instument panel. Any advice would be welcome guys!!

Can you try another dipped/main beam stalk?
