Firstly of all many thanks to all that helped with the cutting out problem, it’s now sorted it was the MAF sensor that was upside down.

Secondly how hard is it to change the manifold gasket on a 3.0l v6 elite drivers side?
And has anyone got any useful guides/pictures that would help?

Make sure you get the O ring on the water transfer pipe BEFORE you tighten it up
