Driver Seat Height Adjustment

Hi Folks,
My newly aquired Omega has a driver's seat that doesnt work and its too high. How can i fix it?
I appreciate any advise.

i had this problem on one of mine,it turned out to be the motor cog had jammed on the height cog, so a gentle turn(not even a quarter inch) with a pair of pliers or vice grips,reseats it to where it should be and all works well again
