MOT/EMISSIONS

My mates v6 omega failed its mot on high emissions it has new cats and lamda sensors new air filter oil changed big bottle of injector cleaner dumped in fuel tank the car has done 90k  any ideas?

Read the codes off the ECU, could be a MAF problem.
