CDX/Elite options/ standard equipment

I'm looking to buy my first Omega but confused with the adverts as sellers often don't list all the features their cars have.
Is there a resource or link that shows the standard equipment for the CD, CDX and Elite and what extra options where available on top of that.

Take a look at this link, it has the Omega brochure in pdf format. That's the best resource for comparing models with all the technical details.
