Window switch removal
« on: 23 August 2009, 21:16:54 »

Hi, my passenger side window switch is playing up and I need to remove it, only the haynes manual is so vague, it just says "prize it out carfully"...I dont want to risk damaging the centre console. Any advice on how to do it properly?
Regards to all :)

A small (less than 3mm in width) terminal screwdriver is what you want, and as the Haynes says...prise it out carefully if you don't want to damage the surrounding plastic.

Yep. Put a cloth under the blade and gently move around the switch :y
