Now when keys out and locked Radio & MID lights won't go out. MID is still displayiny time etc just no radio info.

Whats best to do, pull the fuse? Batt is gonna go flat otherwise isn't it.  :'(

I had a similar situation a couple of weeks ago with my last (1994) Omega.

I had just put the dashboard back together after (re)installing the radio when I noticed that the MID backlight wasn't turning off.

With increasing desperation I pulled the radio out a couple more times. At the third attempt it all started working properly. :-?

I can only assume that the backlight comes on because the radio display is asking for a code (or the MID is waiting for the time & date?)

I would guess that you have a loose connection so you might have the problem again sometime. :(
