Can someone please confirm, i need to give the car bit more of
a flush since it had new oil cooler fitted, did i read on here that
you can use traffic film remover, or was i dreaming it.

Cheap and easy way is a small dash of fairy liquid (or equivalent) in plain water and take it for a gentle spin. Then back-flush it till you're bubbleless (is that a word?). That should get most of the gunk out :y

do NOT use fairy liquid or any other washing liquid.

Its an oxidising agent and foams to much, it wont do your gaskets etc any good!

Traffic film remover does work well as does a non-bio washing powder.
