hello got a janspeed backbox for my omega but need brackets welding on asked garage and they want £80 to do it bit pricey if you ask me!!!!!!!!!!!! anyone around dartford area interested obviously dont expect it done for nothing :-?

If you can't get it welded can't you try to make up some sort of sling type brackets from some thin Stainless ;).

Heavy duty Jubilee clips :y They have to be the heavy duty ones ;)

not sure if i can as previous car it was on was attached by threaded bar and its quite big dont know if i could get something big enough to go round it?

You can buy some very large Jubilee Clips matey. I know because i have some. I'm actually a welder/fabricator by trade, i couldn't be bothered welding my back box with small brackets & i didn't want to spoil it, so i actually used two very large clips & they work very well :y
