wow yea ok i have now got myself a cam belt kit and tools and will be doing it over the next few days, i got a almost compleat service book, but no cambelt page has been stamped :o so the car is now grounded  >:(, better dafeish now than sorry, i have a video of my aircon light playing up i will post when i work out how to :).

Hello again ok managed to get them on youtube  ;D here is the first http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uofaUlIgJRw this showns the light the socond shows my rev needle http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7oz4fvH9GHc and the last shows how bad my engine runs http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yzqKeeJpTI4 and if anyone can answer the question on there too that will be a help :) thanks for all your help so far  :y and as you will realise i am from bristol :).

ok done the cam belt :) nice easy job really whoo, but after that she refused to start again after a few times round the block :(, this is due to the idle control valve i think as when its unpluged i can keep it running and drive but gotta keep revs there :(, the slapping/rattle niose is still present could this be due to a swirl baffle in the front exhaust loose? do omegas have these?
