Right Pete, I can tell you're upset and I know how much time and love you put into your car so, on this occasion, a simple 'NO' will not suffice.

I seem to remember someone was selling an Omega on Ebay the other day with an Irmscher kit on it. That may be your best bet now, to buy a car with it fitted and rob the bits you want. You would probably make a decent profit on the bits you don't want as well.  :y

Seems you can order direct from Steinmetz in Germany through their export department. They are still listing the grill for post-2000 cars.  :y

How on earth did a scaffolder damage your grill? Surely insurance should get you a new one? I know they're rarer than hens' teeth but cost shouldn't be an issue if it's on insurance.  :-?

If it was his fault it sounds like a case for a claim on his insurance  so hang the expence :y

The Pr"ck parked his lorry in the front of me and his thicko mate was off loading 21 foot lengths of tube and the end of one went through my grill, his mate apparently told him to off load the short ones first.

Num"nuts decided to think for himself.

I had an autoglass moment go through my head but kept my cool (very supprised)

My excess is £200, so no point claiming, the bloke said he would pay cash for the damage, so here i am looking.
