Help needed with engine codes

I have 2.5 V6 and have recently changed plugs and rocker cover gaskets, now I have done it I am getting engine managment light on, have check codes and I am getting 1-9 incorrect RPM signal and 5-9 intake manifold 1 low voltage.
Can anyone please pointme in the direction to fix these faults, motor runs fine and very smooth.

19 - crank sensor - replace - it WILL let you down
59 - Rear multiram - check its plugged in

Yep, crank sensor fault and rear multiram which is on the rear of the plenum changer....check its plugged in (easy to miss if its your first go on these engines)
