Heater fan not working.
« on: 16 October 2009, 21:59:32 »

My heater fan appears to have packed up, checked the big 30A fuse and that appears ok so suspect it's the actual fan behind the dash - are these easy to replace or is there some other stuff I should check first?

Symptoms are just a few noises of what sounds like liqiud circulating behind the panel (matrix?) and no fan noise at all when I press the fan increase button, the display shows the fan getting faster but nothing is coming out.

Any help much appreciated, as ever.

Thanks Rob, can anyone tell me how to reset the climate control from the panel, may as well try this while I am messing around with it.

With the climate on press and hold the OFF and AUTO buttons for a few seconds (5 is normal) until you hear the servos running then let go. They'll settle down after 3 or 4 seconds :y
