hi im hoping someone can help me. ive taken the vauxhall radio out. and put my own in but now ive got all the warning lighs keep coming on.on the dash

i know the wiring on some radios are different to others eg;the live and permanent live are the other way round ,,and some the earth and live are the same .have you check the wiring is the same.and the loom is car the same,,as these can be different.you will need a vehical tester.
