« on: 22 October 2009, 08:27:33 »

Hello

Rotates fine.
Spark present.
Sparkplugs dry.
Fuelrail has gaspressure present.
No trouble codes.

What is wrong ?
Why won't injectors work ?

Do you have access to code reading equipment (guessing by word 'sedan' in profile that you're not UK based?)

Cam sensor is a common fault, but normally the car will start eventually.  I would not change parts without getting ECU codes read first

No Trouble codes present.

How to test camshaft sensor ?
Now I am getting + in the midle,
left 12,4 ohm, right 8,5 ohm
looking from the front of the car.
Is this intact or broken ?

double check the transponder is still in the key!

Otherwise cam sensor is the only sensor that will stop a 2.2 from starting.

M

Inside car key (remote), there is a tiny little transponder, it talks to the imoblisor, and without it, the car will just crank away but not start because the imbolisor is still engaged.

If you have never taken it apart, then not to worry it should be there  :y

Hi
Actually started bangig the key to stering wheel
so it broke in 2.
Used the botom, with the transponder
and the car started...

Still wondering if the reason was
the key or ECT...
