If it has stopped after swapping it maybe that one is a directional tyre that was the wrong way round. Just a thought as I have had it before.

probs m8, i took it to a garage again today just for a second opinion and the wheels were so badly off balance i seen with my own eyes, so the first tyre depo i went to ripped me off by the looks of it, and they also found buldges in the one tyre that was playing up the most

If you physically saw it then it may be a flat spot on the tyre as opposed to being only out of balance. I don't think it is normal to see an imbalance alone.
