For future reference and anyone with similar problems reading this, the symptoms were high CO readings on both LPG and Petrol due to the engine overfuelling, Replaced First O2 sensor, replaced MAF, checked temp sender and finally replaced CAT.
Had a new exhaust (cat back) fitted previous to all that too, have to wonder whether when the head gasket went, the water down the exhaust duffed the CAT in??
