Any similar age model(in your case facelift) headlight lenses will fit.
I have done the exact thing to my mini facelift 1998 elite.I bought a very cheap pair of good condition standard headlights...got the hair dryer out and heated them up to melt the black goo and then pulled off the plastic lenses..did the same on my existing "hid" headlights and just stuck it all back together.
Result is 2 almost brand new headlights will all original ballasts/bulbs etc.
Just make sure you only get genuine VX replacements as the cheap Deapo aftermarket replacements have their lenses held on with a curved sprung clip which does not re seal aginst the VX hella bodies.
Quite a straight forward job but make sure you get the black sealing goo quite hot or it won,t release from the lenses, and when you put all back together double check you have no dirt or dust inside the headlights or you will end up pulling them all apart again.

You can clean them up depending on how badly they have misted up. First have a go with brasso, rubbing compound and or polishing compound. See if that takes off the misting. You can also use sandpaper but you have to finish off with 1200 and a plastic polish.

Mine were really badly gone and sandpaper did the trick, however, the adjusters were busted, so I replaced them with cheapo Depos.

Just wanted to add the fog lights don't appear to be as easy to clean up as the headlight lens. i.e. sandpaper doesn't quite work - in my opinion.

Greygate plastic polish from Ebay and some sweat sorted mine out, they were very dim as covered in tiny surface scratches = MOT pass.
