is the glow plug and managment lights on when you turn on the ignition :question
does the engine turn over but won't fire :question
if these two are not on its a bad earth either to engine or ecu or both.

Had a problem yesterday with my tractor not starting.
when turned on ignition no glow plugs and no managment light but engine turned over.
FAULT bad earth between engine and batt and bad earth to ecu attached jump leeds and he presto all working again.
put new 10 mm copper earth direct from batt to block and new 6mm cable to ecu problem solved.
also codes 19 34 64  have now been reset car runs like a dream now

All lights are ON, just wont let signal to the pump and heaters, and there is no comunication whit menager device.

Take a look in Maintenance Guides section.
Some 2.5TDs can be paperclipped, some can't. You may be one of the lucky ones!
