radiator fan on 2.2 petrol

Got un ugly rattle when the fan kicks in, I guess the bearing inside the fan housing is gone.
Can this be repaired?
If not what do I need to change (just fan or the surrounding plastic)?
Would fans from any other migs be a suitable replacement?

Is it the fan from the engine side of the rads? If so, I have one here I can have a look at :y

Yep it is that fan, the one for engine cooling I think.
