very heavy steering

hi guys another thing wrong
my elite has very heavy steering when going slow and just wondered what it could be , is it the rack or the pump. :)

definitely not the rack .........




Omega's have steering boxes  :y  :y  :y


Pumps can & do get tired. You probably just need another good used pump fitting.  :y

check fluid level, but they often make a noise when turning
