Castrol oil tends to mayo badly, oil on the exhaust could be cam cover gaskets.

1) Is it loosing coolant or oil?
2) does the header tank smell of petrol?
3) Is there lots of white smoke out the exhaust?
4) Does it start ok from cold? Is it lumpy then smooth out?

Nope. HG is fine.
Mayo in filler neck is normal for short journeys. Oil will be from failed cam cover gaskets, which have either blown due to blocked breathers or got old and hard, (or somebody spilled a bit when topping up the oil level?)
All normal on the omega. Cam cover gaskets are £60 from a dealer and only from a dealer. Do not use pattern gaskets. Trouble is if they are leaking badly enough to get on the exhaust there is a good chance there is oil in the spark plug wells. If that happens expect a brake down of the ignition system and missfires eventually.

There is a guide in maintenance section for cam cover gaskets/ cleaning breathers. May need new ht leads and plugs by the time your done. Hth. :-)
