Did you actually attend court - or, did they pay when they recieved the summons?

I did get the whole cost back, plus court charges - they paid up one day before the fourteen day notification period ended  :y

Means I can afford to get the other work done now!  :y

Keep the car, mate - it will serve you well once done.

Problem is, if you change it - you'll have to sort all these things again - better devil you know, etc...

Did you want me to sort your ATF / Exhaust in Jan or Feb?  :y

I've got to say that I'm a cynical git and like to buy cars without the cambelt done and then do it myself. That way I owe no one anything except me. I've been strung along soooo many times,do the work yourself of get someone you trust to do it.

Well done for getting the wonga back though!
