Removing facelift bump strips

Any tips on removing facelift bump strips please. Doors & front wings :-/

All 4 doors are a torx screw at each end from inside then slide the towards the front of the car, they just drop off then. Wings strips are a single 10mm nut behind the arch liner but take the repeaters out first :y

Cheers Lee :y Dumb question, but I assume that I remove the door cards to access the torx screws :question

No, they are quite close to the door edges so no need ;)

For the wing strips yes, for the doors no! They are held on with 2 strips of trim tape as well as the slide clips. Very labourious! I use a sharpened putty knife. Very carefully work your way along the top edge avoiding the paintwork, then along the bottom. They then slide off towards the front of the car, then 3 hours with a hairdryer peeling what's left of the trim tape.

But still torx correct? :-?

No screws at all! They are held on by the slide clips and trim tape :y
