just got the stanley GM v6 timing tool!..need to order the CD...just to be sure...

did you get the whole kit? V6 needs the 'kit' - Cam locking on its own is not enough  :y

I have just ordered this DVD for my mech as he says that his mate did one earlier last year and took 2 and a half days! :o

wow i was born with one arm and it only taken me 2 and a half hours. Think the mech must of been using his feet to that cambelt :d :y

Indeed :y He is a top mechanic and regularly laughs at his friends endeavors on the omega v6, he justs wants a pointer in the right direction. I have seen him work on all types new and old nothing phases him and he does a top job, seen my miggy right several times. In the book Vx v6 is a 2.5 hr job, they even took the bumper off ;D

cant see why they needed to take the bumper off tbh :y
