airbag light reset ?

after the great drivers door opening at random when ever the car feels like it managed to sort that with a new lock from vaux great .....

but to access the bloody thing i could not for the life of me disconnect the motor conector at teh bottom , resorted to removing the black metal plate and disconect the blue plug , replaced everything now  re riveted it back on reconnect bat and light still on ...

can it be restet at home or do i have to visit the dealers ? thanx

Tech two for a reset, unfortunately :(
However if you let your fingers do the walking I have used mobile services that do the same thing.

A 'Cheapo Tech II' will reset it too.  :y  :y

were are you as some one near you may be able to sort it out.

eBay will buy you a 'Cheapo Tech II' for about £25/£30 however a real Tech II will set you back £3000  :o if you're lucky enough to find one!   :y

Try Marks DTM - he's in south Nottingham. He has the real Tech2, and (more importantly) knows how to use it!
