Head Gasket Failure 2.5 Diesel

Hi All

Seems like the  head gasket has gone on my diesel auto. 2.5 with the BMW engine.

Anyone know how difficult a job it is and is there a workshop manual available ?

Of to pub now to cry in my beer :-)
