Help! I have been trying to fit my aux belt on and off for the last couple of days and i'm getting nowhere.
Can someone give me an idiot proof way of fitting it, any pics would be extremely welcome.
Thanks  :'(

Top left pully - as you're standing in front of the car - is the tensioner. Put 15mm socket on a T bar on the nut in the middle of the tensioner and lever to the right which will slcken off the tensioner enough for you to remove the belt. Bottom right hand corner of the rad is a small bracket ....  :-/ something to do with the seconday air pump - I think ... which you remove. Fit belt around pulleys leaving top left till last, lever tensioner to the right again & put the belt on the pulley. Make sure belt is properly fitted to all the pulleys. that's it!  ;)  :y  :y  :y
