spoilers...
« on: 24 January 2010, 02:47:34 »

hi every1

looking to buy a boot spoiler for my car, i would like the lip spoiler off the elites or mv6s i see on here.

is there any differnce in them or is it just the angle of the pic that makes some look bigger than others?

also where would i get 1 or is it just a case of finding a second hand 1?

cheers in advance.

Apparently there are different ones on the Elite - 2 that I know of, and yes they do differ in size too.

facelift saloon only had the lip spoiler, large spoiler would look out of place i feel. Only pre-facelift reflection had the spoiler with light IIC....

Are these for a facelift saloon? If so, there was only ever one size fitted to both the MV6 and Elite. Made by prodrive, they are exactly the same.
Best bet is to find either a MV6, Elite or Sport that is being broken for parts.

Yes it is indeed for a facelift model. It's just a lip spoiler I'm after, nothing to big. Will be keeping my eyes out for an elite or mv6 breaking for spares. Thanks for all the advice. (Please note: no abreviations in this post!)

Rules are there for a reason.

In this case, makes searching easier, and it also affects google ratings.

so, a polite "please don't use text speak" is helpful

a torrent of rant and abuse, especially to newbies is the exact opposite and portrays completely the wrong message.

please can everyone be a little more considerate and polite.

the forum guidelines :

http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?virboard=Newbies;num=1209458172

please take a min to read and digest.
Both text speak and being abusive to other members detailed  :y

Locking now as way off topic.

Please refer to my previous post and read the rules....

NO abusive / threatening behaviour.

Text speak can be a problem for the forum.....leave for a Mod, or ask nicely and politely to refrain in the future, no need to be rude or sarchastic (and Im not just talking about this thread either).

PLEASE all be a bit more welcoming and understanding to newbies.

Thread heavily pruned by me.  What did that torrent of abusive posts achieve, other than potentially make a new member feel unwelcome?

Anyone have a problem with the thread pruning or feel there are still things to be said, contact me directly via PM.

Please take a moment to read the forum rules - they are splattered all over the site - and take heed about no offensive/abusive posts, either public or private  >:(. Oh yeah, no mobile/text speak either ;D
