when i worked in a shop, the butty shop round the corner did a huge sausage bacon and cheese butty for me with brown sauce

grease never tasted so good!!

I'm agree with Jim .... NO sauce! I want to taste the bacon/egg/sausage and not just the sauce. ;)

 :)Almost any of the above but Cumberland sausage, egg & melted cheese- grate a handfull of good plain cheddar, stick it a bowl or small placky container & microwave on full for 30-40 secs. Then simply pour it over your sarnie/roll add a little sea salt & milled black pepper no need for sauce.
   Microwaves vary but when you suss it the cheese literally pours out. ...MMMM..... :P :P
