my car is missing and running poor also exhaust is noisy...have changed one cat and had the other cut out and repiped...seems to be a manifold problem(possibly cracked)...anybody want to change it for cash...don't trust my local garages and would prefer someone off here who knows these motors

Why do you suspect (air intake) manifold? Can you smell petrol when the engine is running? If not, I do not understand why you suspect it.

Noisy exhaust is usually caused by holes in exhaust pipes, if the hole is between the engine and O2 sensor it may cause poor engine running. I would try to locate and fix the cause of exhaust noise first, it may fix all problems at once...

Don't think OP said it was the inlet manifold.

Exhaust manifold usually causes ticking from cold but goes when warmed up.
