Fault code
« on: 13 February 2010, 14:44:09 »

Hi everybody.
Got a fault code of 59 on my petrol V6 which means,
"Intake manifold valve 1 voltage low".

Can anybody tell me where to start looking.
Do i need to check a connection somewhere or do i need a part of some sort.
                        Many thanks, Joe

intake valve, i guess would be multi ram, presumably the front one.

If so check conection to valve on the air intakes behind radiator. A loss of power and economy may also show if the fault is presant, bare in mind the code may be old perhaps?

Thanks for all your help gents :).
The plug had come off the solenoid on the back of the Manifold.
