Passenger side, two sensors in the exhaust, 0150 is the first after the manifold, check all connections and cabling

Had a look in and around there Rob, but could see nothing wrong, is there a chance that when the breathers were cleaned and cleaned again that maybe something has not gone back properly ???.
Could one of the breathers cause that code maybe???
