Oops!... whats is this part?

Somehow managed to snap it off today, and my mind isnt working as to what it is... so asking you gurus so i can replace what ive broken lol

Its infront of the engine, bottom right hand side, and connects to the metal pipework that is there... what is it?

Looks like an aircon system gas-pressure switch; IIRC there`s two such switches attached to the metal pipes under the bonnet (HP and a LP).

Agree with Debs, but it looks like you need a 'new' section of pipeworkbecause the bit at the bottom of your picture should be welded to the pipe & the switch screwed into it.


This switch is where I had a very small leak on my a/c  ;)

I thought it may have been A/C related, going by what was drippin on me afterwards  ;D

Trip to breakers yard before i can put it back on the road then!  :-[
