spray the leads both ends with wd40 to make sure they are not arcing across each other

Definately sure you've connected the leads up correctly and did you use a new DIS?

No leads on 3.2 its coil pack 

Do a pedal trick and post up the codes 

How about the leads themselves? They may look new but the could be brittle on the inside.

There are no leads on 3.2 or 2.6

Both coil packs will not fail, and as long as the plugs are clear of oil, if you getting miss-fire across both banks, suggests MAF.

Unplug it and go for a drive

checked plug and cleaned it and wires and all seem fine ,, i shall go do the pedal trick 2morrow after work and see what i get and post results ,, i would drive the car to nottingham to see mark but as car is running like it is at the momet its drinking to much fuel and my pockets are a bit empty at the moment

ok, also check ucu plug fully home/no corrosion on the pins while your there.
if you have the same codes via pedal trick with new plugs and coil pack and good wiring, then as Entwood says, it needs teach 2 to investigate further, Mark dtm is nearest you, he is far cheaper and better than any garage.

I do it in 45 mins in my 18t truck at 40mph all the way along the A52, so I would say its a 30 min drive in a Mig.....
