Aux tensioner again

Is the bolt that holds the pulley on supposed to be loose? It moves back and forth in the tensioner by about 10mm. Obviously it tightens when the pulley is on and tightened up. Just checking.

Yes, until you tighten it up!  ::)  ;)  :y If you were to remove the whole tensioner from the side of the block, the bolt would fall out.  :y
