I bet this has been answered many times but here goes anyway:

Got my meega back today after having a job done. The guy had to drain the coolant, which was a nice clean pink but now seems to be a bit purplish. Possibly he's not drained completely and topped up with the blue stuff. Is it ok to mix pink and blue antifreeze or should I drain and refill with the pink next chance I get?

they can mix if he used Vx blue (but that was discontinued some time ago) - not sure on other brands  :-/

For the minimal cost (£17, 5L bottle) and fact poor coolant is the biggest cause of HG failure on the 4 pots, personally, i would flush all that out and get a good 50/50 mix of pink in there

Afaik its ok to mix,just that the red stuff has a longer life.
