After manageing to get the gearbox back in, all the bolts back in...  I have started to bleed the clutch...  I have a pipe going from the bleed nipple, going into a jar with clutch fluid in, covering the bottom of the pipe by about 1"...

When I press the clutch pedal it goes straight to the boards and will only return when I pull it back up, I see air bubbles go through the clutch fluid in the jar, but, there appears no movement...

I have checked that the pipe to the gearbox is connected, but I see no movement in the master cyclinder level (Small translucent white container on the back left of the engine on the brake servos)...

I have tried hand pumping the pedal around 300-400 times and all I see is air bubbles... no fluid...  What am I doing wrong???

Get an easibleed and force fluid in through the bleed nipple raher than using the more traditional method

I have tried to get one of those, unfortunately I haven't been sucessful... 

Would I get any benefit closing the nipple between pumps  (lifting the pedal that is)

I use a syringe and a short length of tubing to force fluid through from the nipple. I have a few if you need one posting up?

fill the master cylinder up, wedge the clutch pedal down with a piece of wood, leave over nite!!! when you get there in the morning couple of pumps should see it working providing you dont have a leak!!

I'll try that, nothing to lose...  I don't need the block of wood though, I just need to press the pedal down as it stays there at the moment...

yes you do cos as the fluid dribbles down the pedal will come up!!!! all you are basicaly doing is letting nature take its course, air in fluid will always rise to the top, used to do this on landrover brakes when they wouldnt bleed, it worls on the clutch on the omega or it did on mine!!! take it you have tried opening nipple puching pedal down then shutting nipple and bringing pedal back up a few times? also moving pedal up and down about ten   times in quick succession will help dislogde the airbubbles in there!

The Omega clutch pedal has a 'helper spring' that pulls the pedal down when you get more than half way.

The helper spring gives the pedal an over centre action to reduce the strain on your left leg when holding the pedal down.

Once the system is bled it will need a block of wood but it won't need it tonight.

That was a complete b@st@rd!!!

I could only get about a table spoon of fluid in at a go, and that was gone within 3 pumps of the clutch...

I currently have bodged the clip holding the clutch hoses together, as it ping away when I was attempting to put it back in...

If anyone has any spare, could you send me one....
