ENGINE MANAGEMENT LIGHT

ENGINE MAN.LIGHT STAYS ON DURING RUNNING,HAVE CHANGED  BOTH O2 SENSORS ON EXHAUST,ALSO CHANGED CAT.CONVERTOR.AIR CONTROL CHECKED OK.
CAR RUNS FINE NO PROBLEMS.AM AT WITS END.
DIAGNOSTICS CHECK IS SAYING 02 SENSORS ARE NOT SWITCHING.

Welcome to the forum firstly, secondly what engine is troubling you old bean?
guessing a 4pot, 2.2 perhaps?

engine is 2.2 petrol.cd auto.2003.

Right I assume you've got a fault code reader so clear the fault codes, run it for a while then post the codes you get.
