head gasket change help

could anyone on here give me hand changing the head gaskets on a v6 next sunday?would be paid of course i have the tools for the job but would like to get it done in a day if poss,i can bring the car to you or you can do it here.i live in wales but will be wolverhampton next weekend.im not 100% it is the gaskets but would like to get it done anyways so i am sure its not!so any help appreaciated!!just let me know! ;D ;D

think its wise to diagnose the problem correctly first.
What issues are you having? not that i know the first thing about diesels.

Thats for sure, they didn't do a V6 diesel in an Omega :P

Tis about same distance as when he went to see Diane, so thats why i suggested it....

Er, no. Di is in Merthyr Tydfil which is about 24 miles from Cardiff, Dolgellau is about 135 miles from Cardiff ;D

Took it for a drive today and it didn't get hot or anything mayo seems reduced in the filler cap but to me the power at low range (below 3000) revs is low.I would have thought a 2.5 to be faster.just feels sluggish.could that be the gasket or something else perhaps?

I seem to remember that mine was not that sprightly at low revs before I had it chipped. :y
