i need a new engine for the omege i have, i can get one but its a 51 would it fit in my 1999 omega eilte   :

as per last time you asked....we NEED to know what engine sizes you are talking about to be able to advise.

are old and new engines both 2.5's?  if so no problem.

Sure the 2001 one is a 2.5, not a 2.6?  Fitting a 2.6 into a 2.5 would present a whole heap of 'challenges'
